Signet is built with UK and EU data protection in mind. Data is stored with UK/EU residency, and we support the usual data-subject rights: access, correction, deletion, and a portable export you can run yourself from Settings.
For agreement content, the sender is the data controller and Signet acts as a processor on their instructions. Our providers are listed on the sub-processors page.
