Every completed agreement carries the evidence with it:
- The signed document, sealed so any later change is detectable.
- A certificate of completion with the full audit trail: who signed, their consent, and when and from where.
- A portable proof anyone can verify independently, offline.
Because the audit trail is append-only and hash-chained, it can't be quietly edited after the fact. Together these give you a clear, checkable record if an agreement is ever questioned.
