If you need to cancel an agreement that's out for signature, open it and choose to void it. Voiding invalidates the signing link straight away, so it can no longer be signed, and the document is stamped as void.
Voiding is recorded in the audit trail. If a signer had already signed, their signature and the record of it remain part of the history; voiding simply stops the agreement going any further.
