When the last person signs, Signet seals the finished document and emails every party:
- the signed document, with all signatures in place,
- a certificate of completion that carries the audit trail and the seal,
- a small, portable proof file that anyone can use to verify the agreement independently.
Keep your own copies. Because the seal can be checked offline, these files prove the agreement even if Signet isn't around.
